Correct way of certifiying a group of papers for use in Germany

Notice the red circle. The ends of all papers were bent and then were stapled together. The stamps were then put over them (انكبسوا مع بعض بعدين الختم انحط فوقيهم). The rational is that no papers can be later illegally added or removed from this group of documents.

Stapled, stamped and signed: This is how documents should be certified for use in Germany by medical doctors.

This Paper was printed and then certified by the dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Mutah University, Vice President of Mutah University (Dr. Ahmad Battah), the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
